
Inbound Sales Executive

We are looking for Inbound Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer interaction. You will be responsible for processing customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination with the Sales Manager and Accounts Receivable team. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders in the system.
- Receive and confirm orders through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Report discrepancies or issues promptly to the Sales Manager.
- Communicate with customers to confirm orders, address queries, and negotiate prices when required.
- Ensure orders comply with approved credit limits in collaboration with Accounts Receivable.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure blocked accounts are not processed.
- Support the Sales Manager with tasks to improve team performance.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of sales activities.
- Follow company policies and comply with applicable regulations.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, order processing, or customer service.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and target-driven.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.

- Standard shift of 8 hours per day, plus one hour break.
- Shift timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (local time).
