• A key player in Global Sourcing, driving Sourcing's vision to be the Most Agile, Most Competitive, Most Digitalized & Cleanest Supply Base in the industry.
• Lead a supply planning team across multiple Operations Centers to ensure products are supplied in alignment with demand, at the right time and at a competitive cost.
• Execute standard planning processes consistently across Operations Centers and lead teams to achieve high product availability through KPI management, problem-solving, and adherence to adidas policies.
• Build, develop, motivate, and lead the OC planning team.
• Drive planning initiatives and align cross-functional teams to meet and exceed service levels, while evolving planning processes.
• Make allocation decisions within Operations Centers to satisfy customer demands considering manufacturing constraints at Tier1 & Tier2 levels.
• Monitor delivery performance factors and implement improvement plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks in critical materials, enhancing Tier1 & Tier2 delivery performance.
• Manage stakeholder engagement in planning process improvements and production prioritization.
• Participate in global initiatives and projects as a subject matter expert.
• Cross-audit suppliers regarding capacity, order accuracy, and planning reliability; approve additional mold requests timely.
• Promote a customer-focused mindset within Operations Centers to improve satisfaction levels.
• Foster a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion within the team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES- Experience in manufacturing, preferably in the Sporting Goods industry.
- Strong influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven leadership of multidimensional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Diploma or degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
