We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. As a BDM at Locumsmart Ltd., you will be responsible for expanding our client base and generating revenue for the business. This is a key role that will directly contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Retention and Activation: Reach out to existing clients and reignite relationships, persuading them to re-engage and provide work, using your expertise to show them the value of our services.
  2. New Client Acquisition: Research and identify potential new clients. Approach them by understanding their staffing needs, gathering candidate CVs, and proposing the best solutions.
  3. Revenue Generation: Demonstrate how you have generated revenue for businesses in the UK. Increase our client base by sourcing new leads and converting them into long-term clients.
  4. Research and Tendering: Regularly research available tenders and business opportunities that we can apply for, even without licenses, and identify ways to increase our business footprint.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the client's needs are fulfilled and maintain strong relationships with them.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Development Manager (BDM) with a successful track record of generating revenue and increasing client databases, especially in the UK market.
  2. Proven Results: A clear demonstration of how you have previously increased business revenue and brought in new clients.
  3. Can-Do Attitude: A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive business growth.
  4. Sales-Driven: You should have a strong passion for sales and business development, with a clear focus on results.
  5. Remote Working Experience: Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

Position Type:

We are open to hiring on a full-time basis or offering a commission-based role if you can demonstrate that you are of a high caliber and able to deliver results.
