Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Islamabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing strategic partnerships. The role also includes market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Business Development, Sales, and Client Management skills
  • Experience in Market Research, Proposal Preparation, and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Networking skills
  • Ability to develop Strategic Partnerships and Collaborate with internal teams
  • Proficiency in CAD technology and familiarity with construction industry standards
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
