We are #hiring Assistant Manager Google Ads (for Lahore)

Hiring for Certified Digital Marketing Agency, focused on maximizing your Marketing ROI.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager of Paid Ads reporting to the Senior Ads Manager, you will assume a broader range of responsibilities, including:

-Develop and implement digital advertising strategies aligned with marketing objectives

-Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution

-Support and mentor Digital Advertising Specialists to ensure strong performance and growth

-Work closely with cross-functional teams (SEO, content, design, etc.) to execute integrated campaigns

-Set up and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, etc.

-Create and maintain campaign structure, ad groups, and ad creatives

-Perform daily, weekly, and monthly ad account maintenance and optimization

-Analyze campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, quality score, impression share, etc.

-Generate and present campaign performance reports (overall, ad group, --keyword, location targeting, etc.)

-Monitor and analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics

-Implement and manage conversion tracking and integrate third-party call tracking tool

-Lead monthly client meetings and set clear agendas

-Manage bid strategies at the campaign, ad group, and keyword levels

-Diversify targeting methods such as contextual targeting, placement targeting, and topic targeting

-Set up website events to track user interactions across different site sections

-Conduct competitor research to inform keyword strategy and ad copy development

-Prepare keywords and negative keywords lists to improve campaign relevancy

-Stay up to date on digital marketing trends and platform updates

-Seek new opportunities to improve client conversions, revenue, and sales

-Prepare and deliver performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders

Required Experience and Expertise:

-4+ years of Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & Bing Ads with at least 2+ years in a managerial Role

-4+ years of experience with planning and implementing a successful Paid Search and Paid Social strategy.

-3+ years of experience in web analytics, marketing, tracking, and business development.

-Top-to-bottom management & execution of paid ads campaigns.

-Proficiency in Google Analytics, P-Max campaigns, conversion tracking, and CTR.
