Experienced Video Editor (Full-Time – Team Lead Role)

Markosol Technologies is a fast-growing digital agency based in Islamabad, specializing in web development, SEO, design, and digital marketing. We are hiring a skilled Video Editor with 2–4 years of professional experience, preferably in an organizational or company setting (freelance experience considered), to lead and grow our creative editing team.

Role Overview:

We seek a candidate with a keen eye for visual storytelling, awareness of current trends, and strong leadership skills. The role involves collaborating with marketing and design teams to produce outstanding video content and mentoring junior editors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Edit high-quality videos for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  2. Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, color grading, and sound design.
  3. Optimize videos for various platforms and screen formats.
  4. Lead the editing team, provide feedback, and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

  1. 2–4 years of proven editing experience in a professional environment or as a freelancer.
  2. Portfolio showcasing diverse styles and formats is mandatory.
  3. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
  4. Experience in team collaboration, leadership, and providing feedback.

Salary: Rs 60,000 – 120,000/month (based on experience)
