Role Description

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and others. If you're passionate about performance marketing and love scaling campaigns with data-backed decisions, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and more
  • Manage daily ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement A/B tests to improve results
  • Track conversions and KPIs using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards
  • Collaborate with the creative team to guide visuals and copy for ads
  • Stay up to date with trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform best practices
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience running paid ads on at least 2 major platforms (e.g., Meta & Google)
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and performance metrics
  • Experience with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager
  • Basic knowledge of UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Creative thinking and ability to suggest ad content or improvements
  • Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):
  • Experience with Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Campaigns
  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4
  • Understanding of sales funnels and retargeting strategies
