Digital Marketing Expertise Sought
\We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting, campaign structure, and performance metrics.
\The role requires planning, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other platforms. Strong analytical and reporting skills are necessary for tracking conversions and KPIs using Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
\Key responsibilities include:

- Managing daily ad budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting\
- Monitoring campaign performance and implementing A/B tests to improve results\
- Collaborating with the creative team to guide visuals and copy for ads\
- Staying up-to-date with trends, algorithm changes, and ad platform best practices\
- Utilizing tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager\
- Having basic knowledge of UTM parameters, tracking pixels, and conversion tracking\
- Having experience with at least two major platforms (e.g., Meta and Google)\
- Having strong communication skills and a self-motivated work ethic\

- Experience with Snapchat Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Campaigns\
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and GA4\
- Understanding of sales funnels and retargeting strategies\
