Responsibilities:
- Leading team of accounts, Store, purchase, Security at restaurant.
- Maintain high standards at the restaurant by ensuring quality production, sanitation, and cleanliness.
- Ensure effective and efficient activities of production and consumption.
- Repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of business by supporting in areas of HR, IT, and other technicalities.
- Oversee all financial management activities at the restaurant as per policy. Utilize financial data to improve profitability.
- Payroll management by current head counts vs standard employment level as per policy.
- Play a significant role in planning, including initiatives geared toward operations excellence.
- Liaison with government-related departments.
- Improve operations systems and procedures in support of company objectives.
