We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to lead our team in achieving operational excellence.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of accounts, store, purchase, and security personnel to maintain high standards at the restaurant. This includes managing store operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure quality production, sanitation, and cleanliness through effective monitoring and implementation of best practices. This includes conducting regular inspections, maintaining food safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee activities of production and consumption to optimize business outcomes. This includes analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), streamlining processes, and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to prevent downtime. This includes scheduling regular maintenance checks, performing repairs, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
- Business Growth: Support initiatives geared toward operations excellence, HR, IT, and other technicalities to drive business growth. This includes identifying areas for improvement, developing strategies to increase efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee all financial management activities, including payroll management, to improve profitability. This includes preparing budgets, managing expenses, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
- Planning and Strategy: Play a significant role in planning and developing initiatives to improve operations systems and procedures. This includes researching industry trends, analyzing data, and making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Liaison and Compliance: Liaise with government-related departments to ensure compliance with regulations and policies. This includes staying up-to-date on regulatory changes, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Key qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; 3+ years of experience in restaurant operations management; excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
