We are seeking a highly analytical Digital Project Coordinator to oversee service delivery, resource planning, hiring, and KPI-driven project management.

This role will involve managing project delivery plans for digital services, actively hiring and onboarding skilled resources, and tracking KPIs and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project delivery plans for digital services (content writing, video editing, web development).
  • Actively hire, onboard, and maintain a pool of skilled resources to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain resource pipelines, balancing workload distribution and future capacity planning.
  • Track KPIs, performance metrics, and delivery timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with other project managers to coordinate high-volume client deliveries.
  • Conduct daily meetings, monitor performance, and adjust workflows as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (Accounting, Business, IT, etc.).
  • 2-3 years of experience in project management, talent acquisition, and operations.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong reasoning, communication, and task management skills.
  • Experience with KPI-driven management, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
