We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. Perform interoperable integration with Genesys and Contact Center solutions.
  2. Coordinate management of existing implementations across the group, ensuring standard processes are used.
  3. Provide 24/7 / On Call support with a geographically spread team.
  4. Participate in and own CTB implementation for Voice Biometrics components as per schedule.
  5. Ensure maintenance of products aligns with standards defined by the Global Architecture Team.
  6. Oversee regular patching exercises as directed by ITID Service Management.
  7. Manage maintenance and renewal of contracts with vendors for applicable technologies.
  8. Partner with senior business stakeholders, CC heads, and other architects within HSBC / ITID to develop workable solutions.
  9. Maintain an agile mindset, leveraging frameworks like Lean and tools like JIRA.
  10. Understand business requirements and translate them into IT designs.
  11. Deliver excellent service by understanding the needs of internal and external customers.
  12. Coordinate regular background model maintenance activities with vendors to ensure biometric accuracy.
