Job Description:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in generating new business. Your primary responsibility will be to research and identify potential clients and schedule appointments for our local sales team based in Sugar Land, Texas. This role does not involve phone calls; all outreach will be conducted through email and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B and B2C leads in the Houston, Texas market within the healthcare and senior care sectors.
- Conduct outreach through email, social media, and other digital tools to introduce Caring Hands Home Healthcare LLC and schedule appointments.
- Use CRM platforms and lead generation tools to manage and track leads.
- Collaborate with the local sales team to ensure successful follow-ups and conversions.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to meet and exceed appointment-setting targets.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and digital outreach strategies.
- Strong written communication skills.
- English fluency is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, goal-oriented, and highly organized.
