Compensation: Competitive Base salary and Commission

$75,000 - $100,000 OTE

Location: Hybrid Role, but we will often meet in office space throughout Metro Atlanta

Your skills and drive will be put to use in this rewarding role as the owner and producer of new business in your sales territory. As our salesperson, you'll develop and implement your own initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting with homeowners who've reached out to us about selling (in-person and over the phone)
  • Dial your pipeline leads
  • Answer incoming leads
  • Attend all scheduled appointments
  • Build rapport and trust with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
  • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process
  • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
  • Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners in order to facilitate the sale of their property
  • Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners
Qualifications
  • WFH Setup
  • Reliable Vehicle
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
  • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience using a CRM
  • We prefer that you have a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma
Compensation

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly
