About the Role
We're seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing IT/Data team in Islamabad. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience facilitating Agile processes and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology and data solutions.

As a Scrum Master, you'll act as a servant leader and coach, enabling teams to deliver high-quality work efficiently while embracing agile principles.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach team members on Agile best practices and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Data Analysts, and Engineers to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Track and communicate team metrics and progress.
Maintain and manage tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps to support team workflows.
Foster an environment of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in IT or data-focused teams.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and/or Kanban.
Proven experience in facilitating teams using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is preferred.
Nice to Have
Experience in data environments (analytics, data platforms, data engineering).
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
