We are seeking a Head of Mobile Division to spearhead the development of our Android and iOS applications. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about crafting world-class mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, lead, and mentor a world-class mobile development team (Android and iOS).
  • Define and execute the mobile technology roadmap in alignment with company goals.
  • Establish mobile architecture, development standards, and best practices.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  • Champion agile and lean methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Oversee code quality, performance, and security across mobile platforms.
  • Own the full lifecycle of mobile apps: concept, design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate new technologies and tools to keep the mobile stack modern and efficient.
  • Build a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team culture.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (15+ years) in mobile development with deep knowledge of both Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) platforms.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling mobile teams and apps from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX best practices and performance optimization.
  • Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and mobile analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Startup mentality: hands-on, adaptable, and results-oriented.
