We collaborate closely with our entrepreneurial clients to make exploratory and exciting projects in web, mobile and AR/VR happen. Our goal is to provide a platform to implement business ideas quickly and with exceptional quality.

For our development hub in Lahore, we are looking for someone to lead our QA team as the Head of QA. You will lead the QA team in Lahore while coordinating on any issues with our business team in Barcelona. Your responsibilities will range from planning and implementing testing frameworks for our mobile and web products to developing automated test cases.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement a testing framework for our mobile and web products, and work continuously to improve our QA process.
  • Work with discipline leads to coordinate testing efforts.
  • Plan testing strategies, execute them, document bugs, prioritize them, and work with the product team to resolve them.
  • Develop automated test cases.
  • Create and execute regression tests.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Sciences / Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in QA or equivalent discipline.
  • Some experience in object-oriented programming and scripting.
  • Familiar with database, web, and mobile technologies and platforms, especially iOS.
  • Clear understanding of how different components in products function at code-level, including server, client, services, API, etc.

  • You are self-motivated and eager to improve upon your work without being told.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment, and are quick to adapt.
  • You are fun to work with and possess a positive collaborative attitude.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
