Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM) in Gulberg, Lahore. The primary responsibility is to build and maintain a pipeline of high-quality B2B leads that can be converted into long-term clients, ultimately contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify, research, and onboard new B2B clients (IT / Network, Telecom / Medical manufacturers & Cloud service / data center providers) worldwide through cold calls, networking, online platforms, and international industry events.
  2. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by sales leadership.
  3. Handle and perform the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, guiding clients through the sales process with a professional and consultative approach.
  4. Draft compelling sales proposals, pricing models, and service presentations; negotiate terms to close deals in alignment with company policies.
  5. Analyze customer requirements and recommend solutions that align with their goals and business models.
  6. Foster long-term relationships with business clients to encourage repeat business, upselling, and referrals.
  7. Maintain records of sales activities and data using tools such as CRM software, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo; provide regular updates to sales leadership on pipeline status and forecasts.
  8. Coordinate onboarding and after-sales support to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer retention.
  9. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to deliver client solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
  10. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and regional business trends.
  11. Attend international trade shows, industry events, or virtual meetings as needed.
  12. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Sales from LSE, BNU, FAST, UMT.
  2. Fresh graduates or with a maximum of 2 years of similar experience.
  3. Experience in B2B sales (preferably in IT hardware, Telecom) in the international market.
  4. Excellent communication and sales skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet sales targets.
  6. Excellent time management and organizational skills.
