B2B Sales Executive
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a B2B Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distribution channels and building strong relationships with customers.
Your key responsibilities will include conducting market analysis, generating and compiling market intelligence, maintaining customer profiles, monitoring sales data and staying up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining close and effective relationships with dealers, sub-traders and consumers, catering supplies from trade business and growing business organically and exploring new business opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have solid sales experience of 4 to 5 years, with in-depth knowledge of B2B and distribution systems. You will also need to possess basic information of costing and financial analysis to drive pricing mechanism, proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems, exceptional communication skills with fluency in English, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis – generate and compile market intelligence, maintain customer profiles, monitor sales data and stay up-to-date with current market trends and customer needs.
- Develop and maintain close and effective relationships with dealers, sub-traders and consumers, catering supplies from trade business and grow business organically and explore new business opportunities.
- Manage performance-based win-win business partnerships with dealers – ensure development of dealer's team to serve market better on Ingredion's offerings, execute promotions and implant unique trade business related marketing tools to ensure growth and share retention.
