About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven SEO Specialist to join our Demand Generation team. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimising our online presence, driving organic traffic, and supporting lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, results-oriented environment and has a passion for all things SEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
  2. Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content creation and optimisation.
  3. Perform on-page and technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements.
  4. Collaborate with content creators to ensure all content is optimised for search engines.
  5. Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  7. Provide monthly reporting on SEO performance and insights to the Demand Generation Manager.
  8. Support cross-functional teams with SEO recommendations for web development, UX design, and digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a demand generation or digital marketing environment.
  2. Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush (preferred), Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and others.
  3. Strong understanding of technical SEO, content optimisation, and link-building strategies.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
  5. Proficient in using Excel or other data analysis tools for reporting and insights.
  6. Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work effectively with remote teams.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
