About the Role

Novexa Solution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 1–4 years of relevant experience and will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, meeting deadlines, and supporting project success. This is a long-term opportunity for motivated professionals looking to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Review project requirements and ensure estimates are completed on time.
  • Maintain accuracy, accountability, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and clients in a remote setting.
  • Commit to long-term engagement and contribute to company growth.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSc) preferred.
  • 1–4 years of proven experience as a Construction Estimator or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly and meet strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required (overtime compensation provided).
  • Willingness to commit to long-term collaboration.
