
Sales and marketing manager(USA Based estimating campaign)

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Sales Manager or Head of Sales to lead and grow our sales operations in the USA market with a specialization in civil engineering sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and expertise in estimating civil engineering campaigns. This role combines sales leadership with technical understanding of campaign budgeting and resource allocation for infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting the U.S. civil engineering market to meet revenue and growth goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team focused on construction, infrastructure, and engineering projects.
- Build strong client relationships with contractors, engineering firms, and public/private sector stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, quoting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support accurate estimation and budgeting of civil engineering campaigns including preliminary and detailed project estimates.
- Utilize civil engineering estimation methodologies such as quantity takeoffs, unit cost estimation, parametric estimation, and analogous estimates in campaign planning.
- Oversee preparation of bids and project proposals incorporating cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales tactics.
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in the U.S. market with knowledge of civil engineering or construction sectors.
- Proven expertise in estimating campaigns related to civil engineering including budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering project estimation techniques including conceptual, detailed, and unit cost estimates.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and project management tools.
- Ability to interpret technical data and translate it into sales opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision making.

Pay: Rs200, Rs400,000.00 per month
