  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
  6. Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data effectively.
  7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and ChatGPT. Experience with Shopify, WordPress, and BigCommerce for analytics and management.
  9. Background in Health and Wellness, Sports Medicine, Digital Marketing, and Alternative Wellness (CBD/THC, Delta 8, Delta 9, Kratom). Additionally experienced in Hospitality and Restaurants.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring the application of effective strategies and creative elements.
  2. Utilize marketing platforms to track campaign success, analyze key performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  3. Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push notifications to maximize engagement and results.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement campaigns that align with client goals and target audience preferences.
  5. Work with creative and strategy teams to refine campaigns based on performance data, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  6. Build and refine audience segments to ensure accurate and relevant targeting, improving campaign effectiveness.
