Accounts Operations Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a challenging role in logistics and supply chain management?
As an Accounts Executive, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our distribution network.
Key duties include:
- Distributing and reconciling monthly inventories for clients;
- Making payments to distributors on behalf of retailers;
- Reconciling balances with retailers and customers;
- Preparing debtor and supplier aging reports;
- Performing daily stock reconciliations;
- Assisting in monthly account closures;
- Supporting annual audits with auditors;
- Preparing bank reconciliation statements;
- Staying up-to-date with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) knowledge;
- Coordinating with retailers regarding payment recovery within due dates;
- Acting as a liaison between distributors and e-tailers on commercial and financial matters;
- Having a good understanding of E-Commerce and Distribution businesses;
- Being proficient in using Excel and PowerPoint.
Requirements: Master's degree in Accounting or Professional Certification (Part Qualified); 6 months to 1 year of experience; market competitive salary.
