We are a fast-growing CodeWorx Developers is a leading app & web development company committed to delivering innovative solutions to clients worldwide. We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base, build strong relationships, and achieve sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/software/digital services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of B2B, B2C sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
- Experience with international clients (US, UK, EU, or Middle East).
- Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead generation platforms.
- Familiarity with IT/software solutions and digital marketing services.
