We are seeking a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base, build strong relationships, and achieve sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/software/digital services).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of B2B, B2C sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online communication platforms.
Preferred Skills (Plus):
  • Experience with international clients (US, UK, EU, or Middle East).
  • Knowledge of Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other lead generation platforms.
  • Familiarity with IT/software solutions and digital marketing services.
