Jetnetix Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation & Scraping Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and collecting high-quality leads and prospects for our web app, mobile app, and software development services. This is a performance-driven role that blends data scraping, client-oriented outreach, and CRM expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scrape, extract, and compile qualified leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Bark, Clutch, and industry directories
  • Generate and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients for web and mobile app development services
  • Identify decision-makers and gather accurate contact information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to run outreach campaigns
  • Craft personalized messages and assist in cold outreach via email or LinkedIn
  • Understand client needs and align leads with our services
  • Track lead quality and conversions to refine lead gen strategies

Requirements:
  • 2 to 4 years of proven experience in lead generation, scraping, and prospecting
  • Strong background in B2B sales and a marketing mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management
  • Knowledge of scraping tools and lead gen platforms
  • Excellent research and data validation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):
  • Experience in IT or software services industry
  • Knowledge of Upwork/Bark bidding and outreach
  • Familiarity with automation tools for lead generation
