Job Title: Oracle Financials Consultant (EBS)

Job Description:

Jaffer Business Systems (JBS) is looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant (EBS) to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation and support, with expertise in Accounts

Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL), Expenses, Tax, and Intercompany modules. The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge to drive financial process optimization and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead Oracle Financials implementation, support, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.

· Engage with CFOs and finance teams to discuss solution design, covering areas such as Chart of Accounts, organizational structure, master data, data migration, and reporting from an Oracle EBS perspective.

· Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-production support, while maintaining detailed project documentation.

· Ensure compliance with system controls and segregation of duties within Oracle Financials modules.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technically sound, cost-effective solutions.

· Provide guidance on data migration, financial reporting, and process improvements.

· Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and expert consultation.

Requirements:

· 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials EBS implementation and support.

· Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data migration within Oracle Financials.

· Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, and discuss solution designs confidently.

· Experience in system controls, security roles, and segregation of duties.

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Prior experience working in an onsite, full-time role in Islamabad is preferred.
