Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate invoices for internet services provided to customers.
  • Reconcile billing statements and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with customer support, sales, and finance teams to address billing-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to internet service billing.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in billing, accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in the telecommunications or internet service provider industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other billing software systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Skills
  • Billing Processes: Solid understanding of billing processes and procedures, including invoice generation, account reconciliation and billing dispute resolution.
  • Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve billing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify billing discrepancies, analyze billing data and propose solutions for process improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams regarding billing issues and resolutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with billing regulations and compliance standards in the telecommunications industry.

Salary: 50k-60k per month + uncapped commissions

Location: 48 Commercial Plaza, Cavalry Ground Extension, Lahore

Note: It's an onsite job with Evening Shift.
