Client Services Manager/Account Management

Salary Bracket: (Will vary according to experience)

HEXA Activations & Events is a BTL activations agency operating from Lahore with regional offices in Karahi and Islamabad. Our client portfolio consists of MNCs and large corporations operating within Pakistan.

Job Description:

As a Client Services Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our team with a range of duties, including but not limited to:

  • Develop & Maintain relationship with clients
  • Understand clients' needs & collaborate w/ internal team to create customized activation and event plans.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation ensuring client satisfaction
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Educational degree(s) in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client services or account management, preferably within the events or activations industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
