Job Title: Tax Engagement SpecialistAbout the Job:

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Tax Engagement Specialist. As a key member of our newly established Tax Engagement Support (TES) team, you will play a vital role in supporting a wide range of activities for the Tax service line.

The TES team works closely with client-serving professionals to complete processes and activities within the client service lifecycle. Your primary responsibility will be to work independently and as part of a team to ensure a consistent and timely activity output.

You will be responsible for processing and completing large volumes of activities related to client service lifecycle, identifying any obvious process deficiencies/issues and proactively collaborating with relevant team members to resolve any issues that arise.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain a strong knowledge of the service line and the engagement, including EY's structure, key personnel, and policies/procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and complete large volumes of activities related to client service lifecycle
  • Identify any obvious process deficiencies/issues and collaborate with relevant team members to resolve them
  • Work independently and as part of a team to ensure consistent and timely activity output
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic & English)
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Able to address all relevant information/data and develop practical approaches to answering problems
