About the Position:

Zameen.com is seeking an experienced professional for the role of Assistant Sales Manager - Classified Sales based in Peshawar. This position offers an excellent opportunity for career advancement within Zameen.com's sales team that is transforming Pakistan's real estate landscape. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and a good understanding of the real estate industry.

Job Description:

  1. Manage relationships with real estate agencies in the region.
  2. Handle accounts of onboarded real estate agencies on Zameen.com.
  3. Conduct periodic client visits, product demonstrations, and close deals.
  4. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  5. Build long-term strategic partnerships through superior customer service.
  6. Proficiently use MS Office Suite.
  7. Identify potential clients, perform client profiling, and pitch suitable products.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Willingness to travel.
