Who is the Digital Marketing/PPC Manager?
Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. He leads from the front and will be responsible for managing, guiding, and training digital marketers and other marketing positions in the team. Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing projects 5 channel strategy, execution and all marketing passwords management.
Job Description:
1- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics
2- Monitoring PPC campaigns and making adjustments as per results(Keywords pause and active).
3- Add or update Ad Extension In All PPC Campaigns.
4- Monitoring budgets and overseeing google bing and social platform accounts
5- Tracking 8 marketing KPIs ( Cost per Lead (CPL) , Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Customer Retention , Cost per Customer Acquisition, Marketing ROI, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), Opportunity-to-Win Ratio, Sales Revenue) and producing useful reports for management
6- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facts of paid search in accordance with client goals.
7- Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
8- Google analytics Goals setting for all projects must be done to track the conversions.
Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
9- Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics,goals tracking,revenue tracking,and other paid search initiatives.
(Need to send marketing progressive reports of each project to the sales department in twice a month (at 14th and 29th of every month)
10- Create strategic documents of all projects and execute all digital marketing 5 channels strategy, including SEO/SEM, Email marketing, social media marketing, affiliate marketing and PPC campaigns, and share with higher management and let them know about the expected results.
11- Use domain email IDs always for marketing-related work (never use any personal or marketing relevant Gmail id) let PM know about it when you need it.
12- Implement agency account structure for social media marketing
Oversee all the company's social media Marketing.
13- Oversee email marketing campaigns.
14- Oversee paid media advertising.
15- Oversee affiliate marketing campaigns.
16- Oversee campaigns on Google, bing and other social platforms.
17- All employees must use their own job titles instead of personal name, no one is allowed to mention his personal name anywhere on outlook, skype asana etc.
18- Must do conversion testing of each marketing project on a daily basis (or you can assign this job to any team member) to check if there's some development technical error occurred.
19- Work with the sales team about onboarding new marketing projects and create proper sales funnels.
20- Create a new landing pages strategy according to the competitive analysis and other conversion opportunities by research on it.
21- Do proper weekly meetings with seo manager and content writer for improving the quality of website content of all projects and it must be according to competitors quality.
22- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports to your line manager.
Build an inbound marketing plan
23- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement about each project
24- Always use one central email id for all marketing tools and share master access with the project head.
25- Design, build and maintain the social media presence of each marketing project according to competitive analysis.
26- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
27- Keep tracking of all marketing tools include Google and Bing (analytics, webmaster, google my business/bing places Google Ads, Bing Ads) to monitor the performance of the projects and make recommendations for improvement
28- Use advanced metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
29- Act as the owner of our website performance, with a focus on optimizing search and user experience.
30- Strong bonding with each team member to meet client goals.
31- Maintains digital marketing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
32- Find ways to reduce the risk of fake clicks on overall PPC Campaigns.
33- Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
34- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., all google and bing tools Google Analytics, WebTrends)
Working knowledge of ad serving tools
35- Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company's web presence
36- Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company's site(s).
