You will work closely with content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams to optimize digital assets, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to the growth of a fast-paced, global technology consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs that align with brand plans and business objectives.
2. Content Collaboration
  • Work closely with content marketing and design teams to create targeted content for each stage of the digital customer journey.
3. Online Asset Optimization
  • Review and optimize design and content across online assets, including the company website, social media platforms, and digital advertisements.
4. Budget Management
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI.
5. Performance Testing
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to evaluate and continuously improve digital marketing performance and engagement.
6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Generate monthly performance reports on key digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in the Internet or IT industry.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members to build high-performing teams.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach and resilience in a fast-paced environment..
