We're looking for a FEMALE Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

You should be both creative and data-driven, and enjoy measuring and analyzing the performance of social media posts and blogs to create or fine-tune content that ranks highly in search and drives quality organic traffic to our website and sales channels.

Job Specification
  1. Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing including SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, social media (FB, IG, YT), and display advertising campaigns.
  2. Develop and execute click funnel strategies for lead generation.
  3. Develop and maintain a procedure for regular reporting.
  4. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against KPIs.
  5. Identify insights and trends, and optimize ad spend and performance based on those insights.
  6. Create A/B and multivariate testing to continually improve campaign results.
  7. Work with designers to optimize campaigns.
  8. Independently or collaboratively create graphics and landing pages that optimize the user experience.
  9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  10. Evaluate emerging technologies and provide insights, leadership, and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  11. Maintain and fine-tune website experience, including SEO, CMS, reviews, and pricing/promotional calendar to ensure consistency in our acquisition strategy and consumer digital experience.
