Business Development Officer (Lead Generation)

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for supporting the Business unit in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn, and creativity. You will work within our sales teams focusing on reaching out to new businesses. Excellent English communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

  1. Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
  2. Track prospects daily - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately into the data sheets.
  3. Identify high-potential prospects and transition qualified leads to the sales organization for further follow-up.
  4. Obtain customer contact information and other relevant information to populate the database.
  5. Analyze different sales tools to come up with solutions.
  6. Have a solid understanding of the company's market: Services and technologies.

The Successful Applicant:

  1. First-class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively.
  2. Background in B2B telesales.
  3. Great customer service aptitude.
  4. Confidence conversing with clients over the phone.
  5. A desire to grow sales skills and advance their career.
Job Specification
  1. Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  2. Expertise and skills in software houses.
  3. Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a related field.
  4. Good aptitude in IT communication to understand product information.
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners.
  6. Experience developing relationships with senior decision makers (including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPs) within potential clients.
  7. Experience pitching products and/or services.
  8. Ability to maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
  9. Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  10. Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing.
  11. Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  12. Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  13. Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
  14. Develop quotes and proposals.
  15. Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in-person.
  16. Demonstrate creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
  17. Have in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
  18. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  19. Excellent time management and organization skills.

Night Shift: Timings 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM

Job Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad

NOTE: This is a contract-based position with a one-year (1) minimum contract duration if you have more than five years of experience, and a two-year (2) contract (leading to unlimited) if you have less than five years of experience.
