As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for supporting the Business unit in prospecting and building a pipeline of qualified leads. The ideal candidate should be ambitious, self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and friendly with high energy, a willingness to learn, and creativity. You will work within our sales teams focusing on reaching out to new businesses. Excellent English communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Research and target prospects using a variety of sales tools.
- Track prospects daily - identify decision makers, timelines, hot-buttons, and specific qualifications, and enter data accurately into the data sheets.
- Identify high-potential prospects and transition qualified leads to the sales organization for further follow-up.
- Obtain customer contact information and other relevant information to populate the database.
- Analyze different sales tools to come up with solutions.
- Have a solid understanding of the company's market: Services and technologies.
The Successful Applicant:
- First-class influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to promote effectively.
- Background in B2B telesales.
- Great customer service aptitude.
- Confidence conversing with clients over the phone.
- A desire to grow sales skills and advance their career.
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Expertise and skills in software houses.
- Experience of at least 3 to 5 years in a related field.
- Good aptitude in IT communication to understand product information.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts at potential clients, consulting companies, and partners.
- Experience developing relationships with senior decision makers (including CEOs, CFOs, CMOs, or VPs) within potential clients.
- Experience pitching products and/or services.
- Ability to maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Research the needs of other companies and learn who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Contact clients to inform them about new developments in the company's products.
- Develop quotes and proposals.
- Negotiate and renegotiate by phone, email, and in-person.
- Demonstrate creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems.
- Have in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
Night Shift: Timings 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM
Job Location: F-5/1, Evacuee Trust Complex, Islamabad
NOTE: This is a contract-based position with a one-year (1) minimum contract duration if you have more than five years of experience, and a two-year (2) contract (leading to unlimited) if you have less than five years of experience.
