We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team

Experience: 5 years or plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies to expand partnerships with restaurants, marts, and shops, ensuring growth in key markets.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for onboarding, training, and managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless adoption of SaaS solutions.
  • Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts and driving long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and vendor satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Product, to drive business success.
  • Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance vendor engagement and revenue generation.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve vendor retention, optimize sales processes, and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
  • Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or food industry is necessary.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Experience in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nature of Job: Field-based role requiring onsite visits for vendor acquisition, client onboarding, relationship management, and sales growth. Involves market research, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and revenue expansion.
