tossdown is a SaaS e-commerce solutions provider specializing in the food industry across Pakistan and Canada. We empower restaurants, bakeries, and food businesses with cutting-edge e-commerce websites, mobile applications, and digital marketing services to enhance their online presence and streamline operations.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team
Experience: 5 years or plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute vendor acquisition strategies to expand partnerships with restaurants, marts, and shops, ensuring growth in key markets.
- Lead and mentor a team responsible for onboarding, training, and managing vendor relationships, ensuring seamless adoption of SaaS solutions.
- Establish and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating contracts and driving long-term partnerships.
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize acquisition strategies.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and vendor satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, Operations, and Product, to drive business success.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to enhance vendor engagement and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve vendor retention, optimize sales processes, and maximize revenue potential.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management.
- Experience in the SaaS, e-commerce, or food industry is necessary.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nature of Job: Field-based role requiring onsite visits for vendor acquisition, client onboarding, relationship management, and sales growth. Involves market research, business development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence and revenue expansion.
