
Outbound Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Outbound Sales Executives to join our team for a UK-based digital marketing agency campaign. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and promoting the agency's digital marketing services over the phone. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK, aiming to convert them into paying customers for digital marketing services.
- Understand clients' business needs and propose digital marketing solutions (such as SEO, social media management, content marketing, and PPC) that align with their goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain detailed records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Address client queries and provide professional information on digital marketing services and packages.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, reach targets, and share insights on market trends.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, product knowledge, and campaign strategies to ensure effective client engagement.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with a high energy level and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain professionalism.
- Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
