Responsibilities
  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to optimize ad targeting and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC, social media advertising, and digital marketing trends to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Key Skills & Requirements
  • Proven experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, retargeting, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in ad management tools (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
