Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift, On-Site)

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
  • Clearly communicate the company's services and set appointments with interested prospects.
  • Maintain an updated record of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer conversations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must be comfortable working on-site during night shift hours.
