Job Title: Appointment Setter

About the Role:

We are seeking an Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, scheduling qualified appointments, and ensuring smooth coordination between prospects and our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company's services and schedule appointments with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and scheduled appointments.
  • Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting to customer conversations.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and meet daily/weekly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Confident, persuasive, and able to handle objections professionally.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
