Position: Senior Executive Mobility Products

Location: Islamabad

Reporting to: Manager Mobility Products

Job Purpose:

  • Spearheaded product revenue generation of mobility products including Digital Communication services, Business WhatsApp solutions, utility VAS products, AdTech, Digital VAS, A2P, M2M, IOT, tracking services, GSM, CRBT, VRRBT, Notify Me, i-SMS, promotional voice services

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design products and customized solutions to meet the end-to-end customer requirements thereby creating enabling digital & VAS eco system
  • Develop business cases & maintain pricing strategy for the assigned vertical along market research
  • Develop roadmap for onboarding & collaboration with strategic solution enablers to promote partnership eco-system
  • Work closely with the Regional Corporate Sales team to understand Business challenges and formulate ways to address them by thorough engagement with key stakeholders for possible solutions
  • Execute VAS strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams to achieve maximum reach and impact.
  • Develop an understanding of how service lifecycle works, rollout of new services, existing portfolio and related marketing strategy to keep the services relevant and users engaged
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules
  • Business process framework planning & execution of Enterprise products & solutions
  • GCSS Contracts Management- Performance Analysis, Reporting, Approvals & timely issuance of purchase orders.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Telecom/Computer Science MBA/MS preferred

Work Experience:

  • 3-4 Years of relevant work experience

Skills – Generic:

  • Should be able to analyze, understand and recommend solutions to complex problems (product/business.)
  • Should have strong quantitative & analytical skills including data extraction, method and interpreting results into actionable insights
  • Ability to handle working under tight deadlines without compromising on data analytics quality and should know importance of prioritization
  • Sufficient telecom business knowledge and preferably of Hosted platforms with system integration knowledge
  • Extremely good communication and presentation skills
  • Great at stakeholder management, both on "support" and "customer" side
  • Be a strong team player and knows how to utilize the org network/ stakeholders
  • Excellent forecasting skills
  • Proficient in productivity tools specially MS Excel
  • Multi-tasking

Skills – Job Specific:

  • Understanding of platforms such as USSD, IVR, SMS, MMS, Ring Back Tones, CPaaS, Digital Solutions,
  • Structuring tariffs, offers, ROI models for prepaid/postpaid, enterprise client
  • Translate client pain points into feasible telecom solutions (e.g., call masking, API integration)
  • Use of dashboards, churn analysis, usage behavior, revenue tracking.
