Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a hands-on marketer who understands digital platforms and can execute campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to support campaign planning, content execution, paid media, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Manage and optimize social media pages, content calendars, and community engagement.
  • Support paid media campaigns, including ad setup, targeting, budget pacing, and performance monitoring.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO optimization, and content support for ZRK's website and digital properties.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions, CPL, ROI).
  • Assist in creating and distributing email campaigns, newsletters, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure creative assets align with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitors, and industry benchmarks to recommend new ideas.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant internships (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, content writing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker Studio).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, brand-driven environment.
