Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Executive at MoonShot Digital, you will play a key role in driving the success of our digital marketing efforts across multiple digital channels, including social media, search engines, emails, and more. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of our in-house eCommerce verticals and providing digital services to clients in verticals ranging from pharmaceuticals and herbal supplements to hygiene, skincare, and more. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including project management, operations, branding, content, and sales to deliver seamless, user-centric designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    Conduct regular market research to identify trends, customer behaviours, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions and new opportunities.
  • Digital Campaigning:
    Plan, create, and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and emails.
  • Content Strategy & Management:
    Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging on-brand content for social media posts, blogs, websites, lead magnets, etc. to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Social Media Management & Marketing:
    Develop, execute, and optimise strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. focusing on content creation, audience engagement, and both organic and paid campaign performance.
  • Search Engine Optimisation & Marketing:
    Develop, execute, and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings. Create and optimise SEM campaigns, including Google Ads, to drive targeted traffic and maximise conversions.
  • PPC Advertising:
    Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across platforms like Meta, Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads. Develop ad creative briefs. Develop effective ad copy.
  • Email Marketing:
    Design and manage email marketing campaigns, including building email lists, creating newsletters, and optimising campaigns. Develop effective email content.
  • Lead Generation:
    Develop and execute strategies to drive lead generation and improve conversion rates on the website and digital campaigns.
  • Marketing Trend Monitoring:
    Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, techniques, and trends to keep the agency's offerings competitive and forward-thinking.
  • Marketing Skill Development:
    Stay proficient and updated with industry-standard marketing software like Meta Ad Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, MailChimp, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc. while exploring emerging tools and technologies to enhance digital marketing efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Education:

Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certification is also appreciated. Equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

2. Experience:

  • Digital Marketing: 2+ years of experience in a digital agency, an in-house team or a freelance role, with a proven track record in executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Social Media Marketing: 2+ years of experience in creating, managing, and optimising social media marketing strategies across various platforms. Proven ability to create engaging content, manage campaigns, and analyse performance metrics.
  • Search Engine Marketing: 1+ years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), including managing Google Ads.
  • PPC Advertising: 1+ years of experience in creating, managing, and optimising pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including budgeting and performance analysis for maximum ROI.
  • Email Marketing: 1+ years of experience in designing and managing email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and email automation tools.
  • Search Engine Optimisation: 1+ years of experience in Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), including optimising content for organic search performance.
  • Content Marketing: Familiarity with creating and implementing content marketing strategies, including writing compelling blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Familiarity with cross-functional team operations such as project management, content, design, marketing, advertising, website development and app development.

  • Email Marketing:
    Ability to utilise platforms for email campaign development, list segmentation, campaign design, publishing and A/B testing.
  • Customer Segmentation & Targeting:
    Skill in identifying and segmenting target audiences to create personalised campaigns.
  • Ad Copywriting:
    Ability to craft persuasive and compelling ad copy that captures attention, communicates value, and drives action, tailored to different audiences and platforms.
  • Ad Creative Management:
    Ability to oversee the development of engaging ad creatives, coordinate with design teams, ensure brand alignment, and iterate visuals for digital advertising platforms.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation:
    Ability to analyse user behaviour, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimisation strategies on landing pages and funnels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    Strong ability to utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
