We're Hiring: Patient Happiness Lead (Onsite – Islamabad)

Are you warm, organised, and passionate about helping others feel supported — even if you're just starting your career?

We're Weightless — a UK-based digital health clinic helping patients lose weight safely using GLP-1 medications, nutrition coaching, and long-term care. We're expanding our team in Islamabad and looking for a Patient Happiness Lead to join us onsite, full-time — starting immediately.

What You'll Do:
  • Be the first point of contact for patients via phone, email, and chat
  • Support with prescription refills, delivery coordination, and basic admin
  • Keep records up to date and assist our UK pharmacy and clinical teams
  • Make patients feel truly cared for — not just managed
What We're Looking For:
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) — without help from AI
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and attention to detail
  • Based in Islamabad and able to work onsite, full-time
  • New graduates are welcome — customer service experience is a plus, but not required
  • Must be confident using digital tools like email, Google Docs, etc.
