Position Overview: Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic acquisition and performance marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a seasoned marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and has a proven track record in managing high-performing digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

·Develop, manage, and optimize the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance channels.

·Oversee all social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement.

·Plan, implement, and continuously improve performance marketing strategies through paid, organic, and owned media channels.

·Analyze campaign performance data, report on KPIs, and present actionable insights to senior management.

·Explore and test emerging marketing channels to enhance lead generation and conversion performance.

·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine the marketing funnel and improve conversion rates.

·Drive performance through data-backed decision-making, leveraging tools like Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.

·Stay current on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing and apply innovative solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

·Meta Certification (media buying/planning/relevant) is mandatory for this senior-level role.

·Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing, and social media.

·Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of data interpretation and consumer behavior.

·Experience in using performance marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

·Excellent communication and project management skills.

·Self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to stay ahead of digital marketing trends.
