About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Growth & Paid Ad Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale our client's paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok Ads. This role focuses on maintenance, budget oversight, optimization, reporting, and most importantly, driving growth through efficient ad spend management.

You'll play a key role in maximizing the performance of our paid ads, ensuring efficient spending, and scaling campaigns for growth across platforms. With a strong understanding of HubSpot and centralized reporting tools, you'll help us track and measure full-funnel effectiveness while contributing to our growth objectives. You'll collaborate closely with our internal marketing team, aligning platform insights with lead performance, conversions, and pipeline movement, all while striving to grow our advertising results over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and Scale Campaigns: Monitor, maintain, and optimize active ad campaigns across Google, Meta, and TikTok with a combined monthly spend averaging $10K+, ensuring campaigns are scaled efficiently to achieve growth goals.
  • Budget Oversight and Efficiency: Oversee daily budget pacing, ensuring that campaign delivery aligns with performance goals and maximizes returns.
  • Adjust for Growth: Continuously adjust audiences, placements, bids, and budgets to minimize waste, maximize efficiency, and drive scalable growth.
  • Track Performance and Growth: Flag underperforming assets, conversion drops, or tracking issues quickly, ensuring that performance continues to grow and align with objectives.
  • Lead Attribution and Reporting: Coordinate UTM tracking and ensure proper lead attribution through HubSpot, contributing to the tracking of growth across the full funnel.
  • A/B Testing for Growth: Support A/B testing of creative, copy, and targeting segments (implementation + tracking), and use results to drive consistent growth.
  • Growth Reporting: Deliver weekly summary reports with top-line metrics, visual performance dashboards, insights, and actionable recommendations aimed at driving further growth.
  • Stay Current with Platform Changes: Keep a pulse on platform policy updates, technical shifts, and algorithmic changes to capitalize on new growth opportunities.

Must Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (particularly Marketing Hub, ad tracking, and campaign attribution)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and report on $10K+/month in media spend
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to identify trends and surface insights quickly to fuel growth
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced, remote freelance setting

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, TikTok pixel tracking, or GA4 setup
  • Ability to interface with creative teams to request optimized content based on performance data to drive growth
