Required skills:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience
  • Fluency in English. Preferred Qualification
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications
  • Basic Understanding of tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Willingness to learn and develop project management skills

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Program Manager and Senior Program manager in developing, tracking, updating, and writing reports on project progress to stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective project team and cross-functional interactions
  • To ensure that project is governed and operated within agreed policies and procedures.
  • Prepare complex reports with vital project information.
  • Attend team meetings to record action items and next steps.
  • Work closely with project team leaders, cross functional team members and functional leadership. Aligning the outputs of the Projects with its defined deadline and effectively communicating the deadline across the team.
  • Support the Senior Program Manager and other project Teams Members as an effective contributing project team member by resolving technical and project issues.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering or a related technical field.

  • 2+ years of experience in similar job profile.
