Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan SHEED Society Full time

Strengthening Health Education Environment Development (SHEED) is a Community Based Organization (CBO) working on health/HIV/AIDS issues in Taxali Gate Lahore since 2003. SHEED is currently seeking potential candidates for the following positions for a donor-funded project for 1 year (extendable):

Doctors (2) (Lahore & Sheikhupura)
  • MBBS/Qualified Doctor with at least 1 year of experience. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government hospitals or institutions. Advanced knowledge and expertise in STI treatment and HIV prevention are advantageous.
  • Responsibilities include patient consultations, physical examinations, prescribing, monitoring, administering medication, assessing and planning treatment, and promoting health education.
Admin & Finance Assistant (2) (Lahore & Sheikhupura)
  • CMA/CA Inter with 3 years of experience, good command of MS Excel and accounting software; B.Com/BBA/Bachelor in Accounts/Finance with 5 years of experience also acceptable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skills, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills required.
Community Counsellor (1) Sheikhupura
  • Masters in Psychology with 1 year or Bachelors in Psychology with 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in counseling and community engagement; good command of MS Office, presentation, interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
Office Assistant (1) Sheikhupura
  • FA/Inter in any discipline with 2 years of experience; Matric pass with 5 years of experience in a similar role; preference for local community residents.
  • Confident, loyal, noble personality.
Health Care Worker (2) Sheikhupura
  • Graduation or equivalent diploma in primary healthcare with 3 years or intermediate/diploma with 5 years of experience; association with Pakistan Nursing Council is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work with community on health and HIV issues.
Outreach Supervisor/DIC Incharge (1) Sheikhupura
  • Bachelor's preferably in Public Health or Social Sciences; minimum 3 years of leadership experience in field staff roles.
  • Willing to work with community on health and HIV issues.
Outreach Worker (8) Sheikhupura
  • Preferably literate; at least 3 years of field experience with marginalized populations; willingness to work in community; knowledge of health issues and HIV is an advantage.
  • Willing to work with community on health and HIV issues.
Security Guard (2) Sheikhupura
  • Matric or middle pass with 3 years of experience; physically fit, confident, loyal, and active.
