Customer Support Specialist - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support via live chat and email to customers around the world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Update CRM systems accurately and efficiently
  • Assist in improving support documentation and FAQs to enhance customer experience
  • Monitor ticket queues and support team goals to drive results
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in remote support or BPO roles with a proven track record of success
  • Strong English language skills (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or Freshdesk with a strong understanding of their features and functionality
  • Ability to handle multiple chats/emails simultaneously with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organized and reliable in remote work settings with a strong sense of accountability and commitment to excellence
