Bidder for IT Projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bidder to join our team on Upwork. This full-time remote position involves identifying and bidding on relevant IT projects, crafting compelling proposals, and communicating with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on high-potential IT projects on Upwork
  • Develop winning proposals that highlight expertise and skills
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their questions and concerns
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Manage multiple project bids simultaneously

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience bidding on and winning projects on Upwork
  • Strong technical knowledge of IT principles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Availability to work full-time hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience bidding on IT projects on Upwork
  • Background in remote work or team collaboration
  • Familiarity with project management tools

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week during regular business hours (9am-5pm EST). The ideal candidate will have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
